Shipping Policy
Once you place the order online, the product is expected to be delivered within 7-10 business days. In extreme situations not typically in our control - the product may take some extra time to get delivered. However, you can always track the shipment status online to know its current location and expected delivery time of your ordered product.
Return & Exchange Policy
Once you order the product, it can not be returned. The ordered product can not be replaced/exchanged with a size or colour that is different to original order. There can be minute difference in the colour of the product you see online with the actual colour of physical product for which replacement is not permitted. Though we have made every effort to maintain accuracy of the colours but device display variations might occur. All products are subject to measurement variation upto 0.5 inch per side for which replacement is not permitted. As all the apparel styles are stitched by human, this is not completely avoidable though strict guidelines and systems ensure to keep this to minimum for consistent size.

The product would be replaced free of charge if:
1. There is any mismatch between the received and ordered product in terms of size or colour, example: You ordered for green and received a maroon tee shirt or ordered for S but received a M tee shirt in size.
2. Your ordered event (illustration/image) did not match the received event (illustration/image)
3. There is any manufacturing defect in the tee shirt
4. Initiated within 7 days of receiving the product
Note: The items can be replaced only if we receive them in their original condition meaning; unaltered, unwashed, unworn with all tags attached
